Cuban Sando

Ingredients

  • soy free butter
  • -Cheddar slices
  • -jackfruit
  • -pickle slices claussen
  • -organic yellow mustard
  • Seasoning: smoked paprika, liquid smoke, garlic powder, onion powder, Himalayan salt, pepper, chili powder

Preparation

  1. O prep jackfruit

  2. Drain can of jackfruit and pull apart to make shredded like piece. Discard any hard parts. -melt 1/2 TB butter in pan and sautee jackfruit with seasonings. 1/2-1tsp of each except the liquid smoke only needs 1/4 tsp. -sautee jackfruit until seasonings are fully incorporated about 5-10 mins

  3. Use grill pan or panini press to grill bread and meals cheese. -assemble sandwich with mustard on each side and pickles
