French Toast with Yoghurt, Chia & Blueberries

Ingredients

  • 1-2 bread slices (use your favourite bread)
  • - 1 egg
  • - yoghurt (dairy or dairy-free)
  • - blueberry jam or warmed blueberries
  • - chia seeds

Preparation

  1. Beat the egg into a shallow bowl

  2. Then put both sides of the bread slices into it, so that they are well covered

  3. Heat a non-stick pan, add some oil if you want and bake/fry the French toast on both sides

  4. When they are ready, put some yoghurt, blueberry jam and chia seeds onto the French toasts

  5. If you want to replace the jam, you can just warm some fresh or frozen blueberries in a pan, simmer for a bit and add some chia seeds for some blueberry chia jam
