South Indian Poriyal
Ingredients
- the preparation is as follows :-
- 1. heat oil in a pan.
- 3. add a whole dried red chilli (optional) & some curry leaves.
- 4. add the finely chopped onions and sauté till translucent
- 6. add 1/2 tsp turmeric & stir fry.
- 7. season with sea salt.
- 8. add the grated coconut & toss ( most often i like to add another nut variant like toasted walnuts or pistachios for that extra pack of nutrients) .
