Beetroot Hummus with Superbeets and Hemp Seeds
Ingredients
- 1 15 oz can of garbanzo beans
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 3 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp Superbeets Original powder
- 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1-2 small garlic cloves
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/8-1/4 tsp cayenne
- sea salt to taste
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
Add 1-3 tbsp water if needed for consistency of hummus.
Serve as a dip with cut up veggies or spread on toast or crackers and top with your favorite chopped vegetables.
