Instant Pot Stew

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb Chicken and/or 1 can chickpeas
  • cubes sweet potato
  • cooked cauliflower and/or peas
  • ONE whole jar of your fav sauce

Preparation

  1. Chuck everything in Instant Pot: cook on HIGH pressure for 15 minutes

  2. Crockpot :cook on HIGH for 4 hours

  3. Stovetop: Sautte veggies beforehand, chuck everything in, bring to boil then simmer for an hour
