Instant Pot Stew
Ingredients
- 1.5 lb Chicken and/or 1 can chickpeas
- cubes sweet potato
- cooked cauliflower and/or peas
- ONE whole jar of your fav sauce
Preparation
Chuck everything in Instant Pot: cook on HIGH pressure for 15 minutes
Crockpot :cook on HIGH for 4 hours
Stovetop: Sautte veggies beforehand, chuck everything in, bring to boil then simmer for an hour
