Calamari & Beansprout Stir Fry
Ingredients
- some oil
- 1 crushed clove of garlic
- raw Calamari
- beansprouts
- soy sauce
- sweet pointed red pepper
- chopped coriander
Preparation
In a wok heat some oil.
Add crushed sesame seeds.
Add 1 crushed clove of garlic, use a pestle to do this quickly.
Add the raw Calamari and fry for 1 minute.
Add the beansprouts and sprinkle a good dose of soy sauce all over the ingredients (light or dark, whatever you have to hand).
Add one sliced sweet pointed red pepper (these are slightly fiery).
Cook for a further few minutes.
I like a lot of the moisture to evaporate before I stop cooking.
Lastly add some chopped coriander and remove from the heat
