Good Culture Cottage Cheese

Ingredients

  • 110 grams (1/2 cup) is 14 grams of protein ⁣
  • @official_allamericanbutter Vegan pumpkin almond butter (limited edition fall flavor) - I used 28 grams which is 11 fat⁣
  • Kabocha squash (japanese pumpkin) or delicate are my fav - 250 grams weighed raw before air fried for both squashes is around 21 carbs⁣
  • Air fried zucchini is sooo crispy ⁣
  • Sprinkled with cinnamon sugar (homemade with stevia & ceylon cinnamon) ⁣

Preparation

  1. Ive also added @thelionschoice pumpkin caramel cheesecake cookie dough which is just a perfect fall touch! ⁣

  2. Air fry desired amount of squash & zucchini, spray with coconut oil spray then fry @400 for 18-20 min⁣

  3. I love this for an afternoon snack or even breakie!⁣

  4. This combo may sound interesting but don’t know it til yeah try it!! Sweetened zucchini is fabulous!⁣

  5. You gotta try this out before the limited edition squashes are gone!⁣
