Vegan Maggi Original Seasoned Ramen Noodles

Ingredients

  • MAGGI Original Seasoning
  • 120g ramen noodles
  • 1 large carrot, julienned
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 1 medium bok choy, base cut off
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup dark soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 4 sprigs green onion, julienned
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp minced ginger

Preparation

  1. Cook ramen noodles as per packet instructions.

  2. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a large pan and add ginger and garlic. Cook over medium heat until fragrant.

  3. Add the bok choy to the pan and cook until slightly wilted.

  4. Next, add the julienned carrots and bean sprouts to the pan.

  5. In a small bowl, mix rice vinegar, low sodium soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sesame oil, and water to create a sauce.

  6. Drain the cooked ramen noodles and add them to the pan.

  7. Drizzle MAGGI Original Seasoning (about 15 drops) over the noodles.

  8. Pour in the mixed sauce from the bowl and stir to combine all ingredients.

  9. Top the noodles with a few more drops of MAGGI Original Seasoning and the julienned green onions.

  10. Serve the Vegan MAGGI Original Seasoned Ramen Noodles immediately and enjoy.
