Avocado, Grape, and Tomato Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 avocados
  • 1 cup of red grapes
  • 1 cup of cherry tomatoes
  • 1-2 limes
  • 1/4 cup pistachios

Preparation

  1. Take two of the avocados and mash them together in a large bowl.

  2. Cut the remaining avocado into cubes to add them to the bowl.

  3. Slice the grapes and cherry tomatoes in half and add them to the bowl.

  4. Add the juice from 1 or 2 limes to the bowl, depending on your preference

  5. Mix everything together and salt to taste.

  6. Top the salad with pistachios when serving.
