Creamy Dirty Martini Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces cold cream cheese
  • 2 ounces cold goat cheese
  • 2 ounces cold sour cream
  • 1 ounce olive brine
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • handful manzanilla olives
  • handful garlic-stuffed olives
  • handful cornichon pickles
  • 1/2 ounce vodka or gin
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • crackers, for serving

Preparation

  1. Into a food processor, add the cream cheese, goat cheese, sour cream, 1 ounce olive brine, and kosher salt. Pulse until evenly combined and creamy.

  2. In a large bowl, add in the olive quarters and cornichons, plus the vodka or gin, olive oil, and extra splash olive brine. Gently stir to mix.

  3. Serve the cream cheese mixture in a bowl or martini glass, then top with the olive mixture. Serve with crackers and enjoy.
