Vegan Herby Quesadillas

Ingredients

  • - 2 wholewheat tortilla wraps
  • - 1/2 - 1 avocado
  • - Maza Hoemoes Tuinkruiden
  • - 2 tsp nutritional yeast
  • - fresh herbs (I used parsley and chives)

Preparation

  1. Spread some hummus on the tortillas and place a few avocado slices on one side of the tortilla

  2. Sprinkle some nutritional yeast and fresh herbs over the avocado and fold the tortilla in half, pressing it together slightly

  3. Grill them in a griddle pan to get those nice stripes

  4. I didn't use any oil, but feel free to do so

  5. Enjoy and don't forget to tag me in a picture when you make this
