  • 1 egg soft boiled
  • sweet potato chips
  • 1/2 avocado
  • tomatoes

Preparation

  1. Egg soft boiled (7 mins boiling then transfer to an ice bath)

  2. Sweet potato chips (400F for 40 mins, 20 on each side with @primalpalate new bae seasoning- makes them a little spicy ?)
