Pink and Purple Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • A splash of oatmilk
  • 1 tsp pink pitaya powder
  • 1/2 tsp blue spirulina

Toppings

  • granola
  • raspberries
  • passion fruit
  • shredded coconut

Preparation

  1. Blend the frozen bananas and oatmilk until smooth

  2. Divide the smoothie mixture into two equal parts

  3. Add pink pitaya powder to one part and blend until well combined

  4. Add blue spirulina to the other part and blend until well combined

  5. Pour the pink and purple smoothies into a bowl, layering or swirling them

  6. Add the toppings: granola, raspberries, passion fruit, and shredded coconut
