Protein Porridge
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup of porridge oats
- - 1/4 cup of hemp & chia seeds (so 1/8 cup each) - adds omega 3’s and some protein?
- - 1 cup of milk
- - 1 cup of water(make it runnier than you like so when you add the protein powder it thickens!)
- - loads of cinammon
Preparation
Add all to a pot and heat on low until combined and the oats are soft and hot!
Meanwhile add 1/2 cup of frozen berries to a bowl with some sweetener and microwave for 2 minutes (you can also do this on the stove!)
Take off the heat and add a scoop of protein powder and mix
