Protein Porridge

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup of porridge oats
  • - 1/4 cup of hemp & chia seeds (so 1/8 cup each) - adds omega 3’s and some protein?
  • - 1 cup of milk
  • - 1 cup of water(make it runnier than you like so when you add the protein powder it thickens!)
  • - loads of cinammon

Preparation

  1. Add all to a pot and heat on low until combined and the oats are soft and hot!

  2. Meanwhile add 1/2 cup of frozen berries to a bowl with some sweetener and microwave for 2 minutes (you can also do this on the stove!)

  3. Take off the heat and add a scoop of protein powder and mix

  4. Add to a bowl with the berries and any other toppings, I went for dark chocolate bc I wanted to
