Refreshing Acai Bowl with Banana and Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 pack acai
  • 1 frozen banana
  • handful frozen cauliflower
  • oat milk to blend

Toppings

  • fresh berries
  • coconut chips
  • almond butter (optional)

Preparation

  1. Add all frozen ingredients into a food processor with a splash of oat milk.

  2. Start blending and add more milk as needed to achieve desired consistency.
