Vegan Layered Fruit Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 scoop vegan protein powder
- 2 chopped and frozen very ripe bananas
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- splash of coconut syrup
Optional additions
- pitaya powder for pink layer
- spirulina powder for blue layer
Preparation
Blend the main ingredients together until smooth
Add pitaya powder or spirulina powder to create colored layers as desired
