Vegan Layered Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop vegan protein powder
  • 2 chopped and frozen very ripe bananas
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • splash of coconut syrup

Optional additions

  • pitaya powder for pink layer
  • spirulina powder for blue layer

Preparation

  1. Blend the main ingredients together until smooth

  2. Add pitaya powder or spirulina powder to create colored layers as desired
