Whipped Coffee Nice Cream Dalgona
Ingredients
- 2 tsp instant coffee
- 2 tsp caster sugar
- 3 tsp boiling water
- 2-3 frozen bananas
- 1/2 tsp vanilla paste
- dash of cinnamon
Preparation
Whisk the instant coffee, caster sugar, and boiling water until fluffy, using a mixer for about 8 minutes.
Blend the frozen bananas with vanilla paste and a dash of cinnamon.
Serve the blended banana mixture with the whipped coffee topping.
