Chocolate Breakfast Dessert Bowl
Ingredients
- 3 T Maple Syrup
- 4 frozen bananas
- 1/4 cup cocoa or carob powder
- 1/2 small avocado
- 1 t vanilla
- Splash of water
- Pinch sea salt
Optional
- Strawberries or other fruit to garnish
Preparation
Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender for about 20-30 seconds or until smooth and creamy.
Serve in a wooden bowl or coconut bowl and garnish with your favorite fruit.
