Chocolate Breakfast Dessert Bowl

Ingredients

  • 3 T Maple Syrup
  • 4 frozen bananas
  • 1/4 cup cocoa or carob powder
  • 1/2 small avocado
  • 1 t vanilla
  • Splash of water
  • Pinch sea salt

Optional

  • Strawberries or other fruit to garnish

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender for about 20-30 seconds or until smooth and creamy.

  2. Serve in a wooden bowl or coconut bowl and garnish with your favorite fruit.
