Easy Pickled Turmeric Root
Ingredients
- Fresh turmeric root
- Fresh lemon juice (enough to cover)
- Himalayan sea salt (a pinch)
- Black peppercorns (crushed, some)
Preparation
Wash, peel, and slice the turmeric root.
Place it in a jar.
Add enough fresh lemon juice to cover the root.
Add a pinch of Himalayan sea salt and some crushed black peppercorns.
