Healthy Black and Blue Margarita Cocktail
Ingredients
- 1/2 oz. lime juice
- 1/4 cup fresh or slightly thawed frozen blueberries
- 1/4 cup fresh or slightly thawed frozen blackberries
- Frozen packet of Sambazon sugar-free acai or 1 tsp acai powder
- 1/2 tsp maqui powder
- 1/2 oz. agave nectar
- 1/2 oz. Chambord
- 1 1/2 oz. good silver tequila
- Optional: squeeze of blood orange or clementine juice
- Optional: tart cherry extract or pomegranate juice for more liquid
Preparation
For a mocktail version, omit the alcohol (tequila and Chambord).
Mix all ingredients well in a blender with ice.
Add optional blood orange, clementine, tart cherry extract, or pomegranate juice if desired for flavor or consistency.
Use a frozen acai packet or acai powder as specified for best results.
