Ingredients

  • for the smoothie: blended together 3/4 cup cooked then frozen sweet potato
  • 2 small dates
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • and 1 cup almond milk. can also add some vanilla protein powder
