Chinese Style Tofu

Ingredients

  • Preheat oven to 425 F
  • Cut open the top and drain the water out. Cut Tofu block in half lengthwise. Then cut it into cubes that are about 1
  • Bake for 15 min. Flip tofu and bake 15 min more. If you're brave and attentive place under broiler for 1 min
  • Want to up your tofu game? Try marinading it before baking. Tofu is essentially flavorless on its own and it's a great sponge for flavors. Use your typical seasonings and sauces for a low cal, high protein, meal addition
