Ingredients

  • 2 Frozen bananas
  • 1 cup frozen mangos
  • 2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 2 cups kale
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric
  • 2 dashes of Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Flax
  • Orange juice
  • Soy
