Peanut Butter Banana Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas, chopped into big chunks
  • 2 splashes of oat milk
  • 1 big tablespoon of creamy peanut butter

Preparation

  1. Peel the bananas, chop them into a few pieces, and freeze them until solid.

  2. Add all of the ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend, starting on low speed and increasing to high, until you achieve an ice cream consistency.

  3. If needed, use the blender tamper to help break down the banana and blend more easily.

  4. Serve in a bowl or ice cream cone.
