Mermaid Spirulina Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 3 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup mixed frozen berries
  • 1 cup coconut yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon blue spirulina
  • 1 teaspoon green spirulina
  • Puffed quinoa for topping

Preparation

  1. Blend the frozen bananas, mixed berries, coconut yogurt, and spirulina to create a smoothie mixture.

  2. Add a little extra yogurt and pour the mixture into mermaid-shaped moulds.

  3. Place the moulds in the freezer and leave overnight to set.

  4. Top with puffed quinoa before serving.

Tips

  1. Adjust the amounts of blue and green spirulina to achieve different shades of blue and green.

  2. Add extra liquid to the smoothie mix for a runnier texture, or use just a splash for thick and creamy consistency.
