Jars with Chocolate Protein Pudding, Banana, Sticky Chocolate Oats, Tigernut Chocolate Cream and Healthy White Bean Cookie Dough

Ingredients

  • 140g dates
  • 1 tbsp/50g nutbutter (I used peanut)
  • pinch of salt
  • 40g protein powder
  • 300g white beans ( drained and washed)
  • 100g flour ( I used oat flour - blended oats)
  • 50-100 ml plant milk
  • ( depending on your protein; if you only use flour
  • try it without first). 40g chocolate chips ( preferably sugar free)

Preparation

  1. Blend the #beans, salt, #dates and nut butter in a food processor or good mixer. Add in the flour and protein and mix again. If needed add some plant milk. Final step: fold in the chocolate chips!? Serve as you like and enjoy
