Vanilla, Raspberry and Dark Chocolate Baked Rice Pudding
Ingredients
- 85g pudding rice (f)
- 100ml 1%milk (part a)
- nkdliving stevia drops (f)
- droetkerbakes vanilla extract
- cooked on hob for 30 minutes until thick and gloopy
- baked at 180c for 20 minutes then allowed to cool.
- 14g @callebautchocolate (4)
- melted, bases dipped and the rest drizzled
- 2 tsp @hartleysfruit raspberry jam (1)
- 1 tbsp @tescofood raspberry coulis (1)
Preparation
Droetkerbakes vanilla extract
Cooked on hob for 30 minutes until thick and gloopy
Pressed into @frylighthq sprayed silicone mould (this heart shaped one has an indent perfect for filling)
Baked at 180c for 20 minutes then allowed to cool
G @callebautchocolate (4)
Melted, bases dipped and the rest drizzled
Tsp @hartleysfruit raspberry jam (1)
Tbsp @tescofood raspberry coulis (1)
Mixed together and dropped into recess
