Vanilla, Raspberry and Dark Chocolate Baked Rice Pudding

Ingredients

  • 85g pudding rice (f)
  • 100ml 1%milk (part a)
  • nkdliving stevia drops (f)
  • droetkerbakes vanilla extract
  • cooked on hob for 30 minutes until thick and gloopy
  • baked at 180c for 20 minutes then allowed to cool.
  • 14g @callebautchocolate (4)
  • melted, bases dipped and the rest drizzled
  • 2 tsp @hartleysfruit raspberry jam (1)
  • 1 tbsp @tescofood raspberry coulis (1)

Preparation

  1. Droetkerbakes vanilla extract

  2. Cooked on hob for 30 minutes until thick and gloopy

  3. Pressed into @frylighthq sprayed silicone mould (this heart shaped one has an indent perfect for filling)

  4. Baked at 180c for 20 minutes then allowed to cool

  5. G @callebautchocolate (4)

  6. Melted, bases dipped and the rest drizzled

  7. Tsp @hartleysfruit raspberry jam (1)

  8. Tbsp @tescofood raspberry coulis (1)

  9. Mixed together and dropped into recess
