Culinarynirvana
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup shredded red cabbage
- 150g cooked chicken shredded
- 1 shallot julienne
- 1 green chilli finely chopped
- 1 small garlic clove minced
- 1 tbsp drained capers chopped
- 1/4 cup sour cream room temperature
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- a big pinch of freshly ground black pepper
- salt to taste
- fresh parsley to garnish
Preparation
In a mixing cup add olive oil, mayonnaise, sour cream and red wine vinegar, whisk it till it becomes smooth in consistency
Now add the dijon mustard, salt, black pepper, garlic and whisk it well
In a big mixing bowl toss together chicken, red cabbage, shallots, capers and green chilli
Pour the dressing over and toss it well
Serve!
