Garlicky Tahini Pasta with Sausage

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Tahini
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Pasta water
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup Sour cream
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 Yellow onion, sliced
  • 1 box of your favorite Pasta
  • 8oz sausage, seasoned with @balancedbites Italian blend and super garlic blend
  • Handful of Arugula
  • 1 cup Green peas

Preparation

  1. Cook the pasta according to box directions

  2. Saute the onions and garlic in olive oil, add sausage and season with your Italian spices, salt, and pepper

  3. Drain the pasta and reserve pasta water

  4. Stir sour cream, lemon, tahini, and pasta water into the sausage mixture

  5. Add pasta, arugula, and green peas, and stir to coat with sauce

  6. Make sure you are seasoning each layer of the dish with salt and pepper as you go
