Vegan Chocolate Peanut Butter Pancakes
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp buckwheat flour
- 1 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
- 1 tsp flaxseed meal
- 1/2 banana, mashed
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- Splash of water or milk to make a batter
Preparation
Combine all ingredients until a batter forms.
Heat a pan on medium heat and add coconut oil.
Pour 1/4 of a cup of the pancake batter.
When you start to see bubbles, flip it over for another 30 seconds.
Repeat process with remaining batter.
Serve with fresh fruit and a drizzle of rice malt syrup.
