Vegan Chocolate Peanut Butter Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp buckwheat flour
  • 1 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 1 tsp flaxseed meal
  • 1/2 banana, mashed
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • Splash of water or milk to make a batter

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients until a batter forms.

  2. Heat a pan on medium heat and add coconut oil.

  3. Pour 1/4 of a cup of the pancake batter.

  4. When you start to see bubbles, flip it over for another 30 seconds.

  5. Repeat process with remaining batter.

  6. Serve with fresh fruit and a drizzle of rice malt syrup.
