Tagliatelle in Tomato Sauce
Ingredients

- for 2-3 serves of pasta)
- 30g high-quality organic butter (unsalted)
Preparation
Slice tomatoes lengthways then cook them in a covered pot on low-medium for 10 mins. Blitz them in blender then pass the mixture through a fine sieve.
In a saucepan, add the tomato mixture, butter, salt to taste and the onion and simmer as gently as possible for 45 mins
