Cauliflower Pizza with Arugula and Figs
Ingredients
Crust
- Cauliflower
- 1/4 Garbanzo Bean Flour
- Flax Egg
- Fresh Thyme
- Salt and Pepper
Toppings
- Arugula
- Sliced Figs
- Tofutti Cream Cheese
- Olive Oil
Preparation
Rice the cauliflower and steam or cook until soft
Combine the cooked cauliflower with garbanzo bean flour, flax egg, fresh thyme, salt, and pepper to form a crust mixture
Press the mixture into a pizza crust shape and bake in a preheated oven until golden and firm
Add arugula, sliced figs, dollops of Tofutti cream cheese, and drizzle with olive oil on top of the baked crust
Serve the pizza warm
