1 red pepper and 2 mushrooms all chopped. Then crumbled in 400g block of tofu (Cauldron brand in the UK)
mixed that up with the veg. Then I added 1/2 tsp each of turmeric
paprika
smoked paprika
smoked salt and 1 1/2 tsp liquid smoke. Then cooked for about 10 mins stirring frequently. This was enough for four of us and even the kids gave it a thumbs up
