Açaí Berry Smoothie Bowl with Banana and Almond Milk

Ingredients

  • 1 packet frozen açaí berry pulp
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/4 cup frozen berries
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup almond milk
  • goji berry powder (optional)
  • yogurt or coconut milk (optional)

Preparation

  1. In a good blender, combine all ingredients.

  2. Blend slowly, with patience.

  3. Stop periodically to scrape the sides.

  4. Pour into a bowl.

  5. Swirl with goji berry powder and your choice of yogurt or coconut milk.
