Açaí Berry Smoothie Bowl with Banana and Almond Milk
Ingredients
- 1 packet frozen açaí berry pulp
- 1/2 banana
- 1/4 cup frozen berries
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup almond milk
- goji berry powder (optional)
- yogurt or coconut milk (optional)
Preparation
In a good blender, combine all ingredients.
Blend slowly, with patience.
Stop periodically to scrape the sides.
Pour into a bowl.
Swirl with goji berry powder and your choice of yogurt or coconut milk.
