Apple Pie Inspired Smoothie with Collagen Peptides

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 green apple, peeled and chopped
  • 2 TBSP almond butter
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1.5 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 scoop of ice (optional)
  • 1-2 scoops of collagen peptides (can also use 100% grass-fed whey or other single ingredient protein powder)

Preparation
