Blue Unicorn Nice Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon blue spirulina
  • 1 cup frozen bananas
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • Splash of coconut water

Preparation

  1. Peel ripe bananas, break into smaller chunks, and freeze overnight in an airtight container.

  2. In a high-speed blender, combine blue spirulina, frozen bananas, frozen mango, and a splash of coconut water.

  3. Blend until smooth, using a tamper if available, and add more liquid as needed if the blender struggles.
