Blue Unicorn Nice Cream
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon blue spirulina
- 1 cup frozen bananas
- 1 cup frozen mango
- Splash of coconut water
Preparation
Peel ripe bananas, break into smaller chunks, and freeze overnight in an airtight container.
In a high-speed blender, combine blue spirulina, frozen bananas, frozen mango, and a splash of coconut water.
Blend until smooth, using a tamper if available, and add more liquid as needed if the blender struggles.
