Easy Strawberry Acai Bowl with Toppings
Ingredients
- 1 packet acai
- 2 frozen bananas
- small handful of cauliflower, steamed then frozen
- 1/2 cup almond milk
Preparation
Blend all the ingredients together in a food processor or high speed blender until smooth.
Spoon the mixture into a bowl and add desired toppings such as fresh coconut flesh, freeze-dried blueberries, and bee pollen.
