Ingredients

  • 3 small frozen bananas
  • 200 g frozen pink pitaya
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • a splash of oatmilk

Toppings

  • fresh mango
  • frozen blackberries
  • granola
  • cacao nibs
  • some puffed quinoa
  • sugar stars

Preparation

  1. Blend the frozen bananas, pink pitaya, vanilla extract, and oatmilk until smooth.

  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl.

  3. Add the toppings and serve.
