Frozen Banana and Pitaya Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 3 small frozen bananas
- 200 g frozen pink pitaya
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- a splash of oatmilk
Toppings
- fresh mango
- frozen blackberries
- granola
- cacao nibs
- some puffed quinoa
- sugar stars
Preparation
Blend the frozen bananas, pink pitaya, vanilla extract, and oatmilk until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a bowl.
Add the toppings and serve.
