Immune Building Blueberry Banana Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 200g frozen blueberries
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2 tbsp blueberry powder
  • 1 tsp blue spirulina
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup
  • 100ml plant-based milk

Preparation

  1. Combine the blue spirulina powder, blueberry powder, agave syrup, and plant-based milk in a jug and stir until combined.

  2. In a high-speed blender add the frozen fruit and milk. Blend until smooth. You can add more plant-based milk if required.

  3. Top with your favourite berries and shredded coconut.
