Immune Building Blueberry Banana Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 200g frozen blueberries
- 2 frozen bananas
- 2 tbsp blueberry powder
- 1 tsp blue spirulina
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
- 100ml plant-based milk
Preparation
Combine the blue spirulina powder, blueberry powder, agave syrup, and plant-based milk in a jug and stir until combined.
In a high-speed blender add the frozen fruit and milk. Blend until smooth. You can add more plant-based milk if required.
Top with your favourite berries and shredded coconut.
