Perfect Frozen Fruit Smoothie with Bananas and Nut Milk
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 2 cups frozen tropical mix (mango, pineapple, strawberry)
- 1/2 cup favorite nut milk (fuller fat the better for flavor and consistency; use less if you have a Vitamix)
- 2 frozen ripe bananas
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- Optionally, 1 scoop of vegan vanilla protein powder (e.g., LiveOwyn or Welleco for added probiotics)
Preparation
Blend all ingredients together until thick and smooth.
For best results, use fuller fat nut milk to improve flavor and consistency; reduce the amount if using a high-powered blender like a Vitamix.
Optionally, add a scoop of vegan vanilla protein powder for extra flavor and probiotics.
