Pink Pitaya Maca Raspberry Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 handful of frozen raspberries
- 1/2 persimmon
- 1 tsp pink pitaya powder
- 1 tsp maca powder
- 100-150 ml plant milk
Toppings
- persimmon
- amaranth muesli
- cashew nuts
Preparation
Blend all the ingredients together until smooth
Pour the mixture into a bowl
Add the toppings on top
