Ingredients

  • overnight oats
  • almond milk
  • half a frozen banana
  • açai purée
  • a few frozen berries
  • baby spinach

Toppings

  • more fruits
  • matcha
  • superseed blend from Trader Joe's
  • balled cantaloupe

Preparation

  1. Blend the base ingredients together until smooth to create the smoothie mixture

  2. Pour the blended smoothie into a bowl

  3. Add the toppings on top of the smoothie bowl
