Super Refreshing Green Juice for Summer Days

Ingredients

  • a handful of spinach
  • a glass of cold water
  • small bite of ginger
  • 1 celery stick
  • 1/3 cucumber
  • 1/2 lemon

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender for a couple of minutes.

  2. Drain the liquid.

  3. Add the drained liquid to a glass with ice cubes.

Tips

  1. Use the leftover juice pulp in a smoothie bowl to avoid food waste and to get extra vitamins and minerals.
