Super Refreshing Green Juice for Summer Days
Ingredients
- a handful of spinach
- a glass of cold water
- small bite of ginger
- 1 celery stick
- 1/3 cucumber
- 1/2 lemon
Preparation
Mix all ingredients in a blender for a couple of minutes.
Drain the liquid.
Add the drained liquid to a glass with ice cubes.

Use the leftover juice pulp in a smoothie bowl to avoid food waste and to get extra vitamins and minerals.
