Tropical Pineapple and Mango Nice Cream
Ingredients
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1/4 cup frozen pineapple
- scoop of coconut cream (thick part in the can)
- 1 tbsp Tropicana blend
Preparation
Add ingredients into your blender and use the tamper to push the ingredients towards the blades.
Use more liquid if the ingredients won’t move, or let them rest for a minute to thaw a little.
Start the Vitamix at speed 4 and when fully combined, switch to speed 1.
