Simple Bacon and Egg Muffin Cups

Ingredients

  • Bacon
  • Eggs
  • Herbs (optional)
  • Chopped green onion or sautéed onions (optional)

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Wrap a piece of bacon around the outer perimeter of the muffin tin.

  3. Crack an egg and gently place in the muffin tin. Sprinkle with herbs, chopped green onion or sautéed onions.

  4. Slide in the oven for 15-18 minutes, or until egg whites firm up. Then, feast!
