Berry Smoothie Bowl with Frozen Fruits and Toppings

Ingredients

  • 1-2 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 3/4 cup frozen mixed berries
  • splash of soy milk

Toppings

  • Date Peanut Butter
  • banana coins
  • more berries
  • shredded coconut

Preparation

  1. Blend 1-2 frozen bananas, 1 cup frozen mango, 3/4 cup frozen mixed berries, and a splash of soy milk in a Vitamix.

  2. Pour the blended mixture into coconut bowls.
