Chocolate and Berry Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- A handful of steamed then frozen cauliflower
- 1/2 cup frozen berries
- 1 scoop oh so cocoa vegan protein powder
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon almond butter
- Splash of coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon manuka honey
Toppings
- Chia seeds
- Coconut chips
- Goji berries
- Berries
Preparation
Blend the cauliflower, frozen berries, protein powder, almond milk, almond butter, coconut milk, and honey until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a bowl.
Top with chia seeds, coconut chips, goji berries, and berries.
