Chocolate and Berry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • A handful of steamed then frozen cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup frozen berries
  • 1 scoop oh so cocoa vegan protein powder
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon almond butter
  • Splash of coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon manuka honey

Toppings

  • Chia seeds
  • Coconut chips
  • Goji berries
  • Berries

Preparation

  1. Blend the cauliflower, frozen berries, protein powder, almond milk, almond butter, coconut milk, and honey until smooth.

  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl.

  3. Top with chia seeds, coconut chips, goji berries, and berries.
