Crispy Baked Buffalo Cauliflower Appetizer
Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 1/2 cup oat flour (or whole wheat)
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 cup dairy-free milk (used coconut)
- onion powder
- garlic powder
- salt and pepper
- buffalo sauce of choice
Preparation
Combine all dry ingredients and add milk to make a batter.
Chop cauliflower into bite-sized pieces and coat fully in the batter.
Place on a sprayed baking sheet and bake at 375°F for 25 minutes.
Remove cauliflower from oven and coat in buffalo sauce.
Spray with olive oil for extra crispiness, then bake for another 5 minutes.
Serving ideas
Serve over arugula with cucumbers, celery, carrots, and a homemade tahini dill dressing.
