Healthy Pre and Post Workout Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 6 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 1.5 cup frozen mangoes
  • 3 frozen bananas
  • 3 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/3 cup hemp seeds
  • 2/3 cup cacao nibs
  • 1 tbsp date sugar
  • 2 tsp cacao powder
  • 1 heaping scoop of Vivolife Vanilla protein
  • Water to the max fill line on my ninja

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth.

  2. Enjoy the smoothie.
