Rise and Shine Açaí Berry Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen açaí berry packet
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • splash of unsweetened vanilla almond milk

Toppings

  • sliced kiwi
  • sliced banana
  • blueberries
  • mango
  • peaches
  • gluten-free granola
  • chia seeds
  • flax seeds
  • hemp seeds
  • almonds
  • unsweetened shredded coconut
  • cacao nibs
  • maple syrup or raw honey (optional)

Preparation

  1. In a blender, combine 1 frozen açaí berry packet, 1/2 frozen banana, and a splash of unsweetened vanilla almond milk. Blend until smooth and transfer to a bowl.

  2. Top with sliced fruit of choice such as kiwi, banana, blueberries, mango, or peaches.

  3. Add protein toppings including gluten-free granola, chia seeds, flax seeds, hemp seeds, almonds, unsweetened shredded coconut, and cacao nibs.

  4. Optionally, drizzle with maple syrup or raw honey for extra sweetness.
