Rise and Shine Açaí Berry Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 frozen açaí berry packet
- 1/2 frozen banana
- splash of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Toppings
- sliced kiwi
- sliced banana
- blueberries
- mango
- peaches
- gluten-free granola
- chia seeds
- flax seeds
- hemp seeds
- almonds
- unsweetened shredded coconut
- cacao nibs
- maple syrup or raw honey (optional)
Preparation
In a blender, combine 1 frozen açaí berry packet, 1/2 frozen banana, and a splash of unsweetened vanilla almond milk. Blend until smooth and transfer to a bowl.
Top with sliced fruit of choice such as kiwi, banana, blueberries, mango, or peaches.
Add protein toppings including gluten-free granola, chia seeds, flax seeds, hemp seeds, almonds, unsweetened shredded coconut, and cacao nibs.
Optionally, drizzle with maple syrup or raw honey for extra sweetness.
